For hygiene, health, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been worn, used, or show signs of use.
- Products with opened or damaged packaging.
- Products having body odour, sweat marks, stains, scratches, or physical damage.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
- Defective or Wrong Product
This keeps you consumer-friendly. If you receive:

- a manufacturing defect,
- or the wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Clear photos/videos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Upon verification, Arthagone will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
