1. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.

2. Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Products that are opened, damaged, or used will not be eligible for a refund.
